Getting ready to go

Cindy arrived tonight with a survival kit from Eddie Bauer for the 'outback' experience. I thought the rope might be useful as a clothes line at the 'Intercontinental'. Actually, the kit is really cool and may come in handy if the tour boat capsizes off the 'Great Barrier Reef'.

Well I hope we are not being too ambitious. We will certainly be covering vast territories in the 'land down under'. The trip starts in Brisbane then to Cairns, Sydney, then New Zealand then back to Melbourne, Darwin, Perth, Adelaide, Alice Springs and then Adelaide again. The Aussie Air Pass is a reasonable travel method. I just hope I can get everything packed and be under 23kg.

Will certainly be lots to do before I go. Not sure I can be ready for Sunday.
